3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cream
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients in boiler. Place on burner and stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved and starts to boil. Wipe sides of pan to remove grains of sugar. Let cook until it forms a soft ball in water. Pour in dish and let stand until cool. Beat until thick enough to knead. Knead until creamy.
