GOOD LO-CALORIE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. corn oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites at room temperature
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

In a large bowl, combine boiling water and cocoa. Mix with a wire whisk until well blended and smooth. Add sugar, corn oil, vanilla, egg whites, flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Pour into a 9x13 inch pan which has been sprayed with a non-stick vegetable coating, such as Pam. Bake for 19 minutes in a 350 degree oven. 83 calories, 3 grams fat, 38 mg. sodium and no cholesterol.
