EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Do not overbake. Cool. Store tightly, covered at room temperature.
