CARAMEL CORN 
8 qts. popped corn (hot air popped is the best to use)
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white Karo

Boil butter, brown sugar and Karo for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix and pour over popcorn. Bake 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
