HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/3 c. water
2 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Ice cream

Put water and chocolate in small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Take from heat; stir in sugar and salt. Return to medium heat and cook about 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Take from heat and mix in butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
