CARROT SCALLOP | |
2 c. carrots, diced 1/2 med. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. cheese 1 can cream of celery soup 1 1/2 c. croutons 1/2 c. butter, melted Cook carrots until not quite done. Saute onion in butter. Mix in other ingredients. Top with croutons mixed in with melted butter. Add parsley if desired. Bake uncovered 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. |
