LEMON BARS 
Crust:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter

For crust, combine flour, powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into bottom of 9x13 baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 15 mins.

Filling:

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 12 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. flour

Combine eggs, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice and flour. Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
