CHEESE CRESCENTS 
Should be served warm to enjoy melted cheddar cheese.

2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 c.)
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions; knead 8-10 times. Roll out on floured surface to a 14 inch circle. Brush with melted butter; sprinkle with cheese; cut in 10 pie shaped wedges. Starting at wide end, roll up each wedge to form a crescent. Place crescents, point down, on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in very hot oven (450 degrees) 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheet immediately. Makes 10 servings.
