PIZZERIA RICE 
1 c. rice
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes w/liquid
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. season all
1 lb. hot dogs (chopped into pieces)
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese

Grease and flour 12 inch pizza pan (or two 9 inch pie pans). Cook rice (omit butter). Mix Parmesan cheese and rice. Press into pans 1/2 inch up sides. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes.

Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, season all and oregano; cook until thickened. Spread mixture over rice crust. Add hot dogs and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 10 minutes longer.
