PECAN TARTS 
PASTRY:

2 sticks butter
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. flour

FILLING:

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and work together pastry ingredients. Press a small amount into small cupcake tin or tart tin. Combine filling ingredients and fill halfway. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 20 to 24.
