BEEF IN WINE 
Rump roast or Sirloin tip
Salt, pepper, oil, garlic salt, Accent, basil, rosemary
Water
Red table wine

Coat meat with seasonings, cook 350 degrees in pan with water for a few hours depending on size. When almost done. Pour large glass of red wine over meat and return to oven for 45 minutes. Slice meat very thin, take pan drippings and mix in blender until foamy. Pour over sliced beef, serve on hard rolls.
