CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE | |
6 chicken breasts (with bones removed) 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix (prepare according to box directions) Peas, if desired Partially boil the chicken and cut into small pieces. Mix ingredients together in a casserole dish and sprinkle stuffing over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
