CHICKEN BREAST CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. warm water
Salt and pepper

Spread rice in bottom of large greased casserole. Salt and pepper chicken, then lay on rice. Mix mushroom soup with 2 1/2 cups water. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
