CORN STICKS 
1 c. sour milk (I use cultured buttermilk blend powder)
1/2 tsp. salt in 1/2 tsp. water
1 egg, slightly beaten (may substitute 2 whites well beaten by hand)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. white stone ground corn meal
2 tbsp. melted Country Morning brand butter

Mix in order given and bake in preheated corn stick pans which have been brushed with canola oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 10 sticks.

I use old fashioned heavy corn stick pans - worth the trouble.
