MYSTERY CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
12 tbsp. Country Blend butter
6 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 bag Jay's corn pops

Place corn pops in large roasting pan and set aside. In a large saucepan combine sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture comes to boiling. Cook, without stirring, for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over corn pops and stir to coat evenly. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Stir. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more. Cool mixture on wax paper. Store in an air tight container.
