2 lg. eggplants
1 bunch of chopped green onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 lb. hamburger meat (browned)
1 sm. can tomatoes
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil

Set aside the cheese. Mix all ingredients together in casserole. Put cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
