2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa (generous)
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
9 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients. Then, in 3 wells add liquids. Mix and pour in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 15-20.

Great for children just learning to cook. Can be easily mixed up by hand without electric mixer.
