CHOCOLATE VINEGAR CAKE 
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water

Mix flour and cocoa; set aside. Beat together sugar and oil, add vanilla, vinegar and water. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter

Mix sugar and cocoa. Add stick of butter and milk. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and beat until thick. Spread on cooled cake.
