MARSHMALLOW PIE 
31 large marshmallows
1 cup milk
1 cup whipped cream
1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Melt in double boiler marshmallows and milk until smooth. Let mixture cool completely on counter (do not put in fridge due to texture change in mixture). Fold in whipped cream until mixture is smooth. Pour into pie crust. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

I made this and it was actually very good. If you have a lactose problem be sure to use no-lactose milk OR take lots of enzyme tablets, because this recipe has a LOT of milk in it. But it is really quite good, rather rich, and sweet. You can really taste the marshmallows. I decorated the top with miniature marshmallows, the kind in pastel colors.

I will make this again, and may try variations, like chocolate.
