VEGETARIAN LOAF 
3 c. cooked chick peas
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 onion, chopped
1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
1/3 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped nuts, unsalted
1 tsp. dried sage
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 eggs (beaten)
Salt to taste

Mash peas in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Place in oiled loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top (optional). Serves 6.
