BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 c. fresh chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped purple onions
1/2 oz. broken pecans
12 oz. crumbled bacon

Dressing:

2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Blend dressing together and toss with vegetables. Tastes better if prepared the night before.

Serves 6.
