BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 stalks broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix first 5 ingredients. Set aside. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together and toss with broccoli mixture. Cover and let marinate overnight.
