PIZZA 
1 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 jar pizza sauce
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Mix water and yeast. Let stand 5 minutes, stir. Add sugar, salt, and shortening. Mix well. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and mix until smooth. Add more flour to make dough firm enough to handle. Knead into ball. Divide into 3 equal parts. Press each ball into a 9 inch pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover with pizza sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes three 9 inch pizzas.
