MAYONNAISE MUFFINS 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk

Combine first 3 ingredients in small mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and milk stirring with fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 8 muffins.

Variation: Use self rising flour and omit baking powder and salt. (Louise McColl)
