LEMON CHESS PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/4 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Mix all ingredients together. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Bake at 350 to 375°F for 45 minutes.

Makes 2 pies.
