1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. pkg. biscuit mix
8-10 tsp. jam or jelly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine peanut butter, honey and eggs whisking until smooth. Stir in milk. Add biscuit mix and stir until just combined. (Do not overmix or muffins will not rise properly).

Line 8-10 muffin tins with paper liners. Fill liners half full with batter. Make indents in batter with small teaspoon. Fill each indent with 1 teaspoon jam or jelly.
