HAMBURGER-GOO 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. bottle catsup
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. flour

Brown meat, celery and onion. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes to 1/2 hour or longer. Serve between buns or on top. 8 to 10 hamburger buns or bread.
