MOO GOO GAI PAN | |
2 chicken breasts Pepper 2 tbsp. oil 1 bunch broccoli 1 tsp. ground ginger 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. green onion 1 can sliced mushrooms 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 tbsp. water Cut raw chicken in bite size pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cornstarch. Heat oil and fry a few pieces at a time until done. Remove from frying pan. Add onion and stir fry 1 minute. Add broccoli, mushrooms and ginger. Stir until broccoli is crispy and tender. Add broth and heat to boiling. Stir cornstarch and water together. Stir quickly into pan. Cook until clear and bubbly. Add chicken and heat through. |
