SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 bottle Catalina French dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
8 oz. apricot preserves

Arrange pork chops in baking dish, pour dressing and preserves over chops. Sprinkle with onion mix. Bake 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil while baking. Uncover and bake to brown.
