FUDGE PUDDING CAKE | |
1 c. Bisquick 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa plus 1/3 c. cocoa 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 2/3 c. hot tap water Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa in greased 8 inch square pan. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour on water. DO NOT STIR. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until top is firm. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve at once in bowls with sauce on top. |
