QUICHE LORRAINE 
2 unbaked frozen pie shells
3 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
16 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch ginger
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Put any amount of cooked vegetables and ham, shrimp, or whatever meat you would like. Bake crusts frozen, 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Then pour mix into shells and bake at same temperature for 30 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Cool before cutting.
