COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. butter flavor
3 to 4 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pkg. shredded coconut
1 tsp. coconut flavor

Prepare cake according to package, adding 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor and 1 teaspoon coconut flavor. Bake according to directions in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Cream butter and Crisco. Add 10x sugar; beat well; icing should be fluffy and not greasy. Add 10x as needed. Beat in 1 teaspoon orange extract, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon coconut flavor. Frost cake and sprinkle on at least 1 cup of shredded coconut.
