HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut up chicken
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. croutons
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together, put in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered until cheese bubbles (15-20 minutes). 350 oven.
