VENISON ROAST | |
Venison roast (neck or ham) 4 tbsp. cooking oil 1/2 c. water 1/2 can Rotel tomatoes Brown roast in cooking oil. Add water and tomatoes and cook covered in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or according to size until tender. Or cook in pressure cooker. Serve with rice. |
