VENISON POT ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. venison
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
4 slices bacon
4 potatoes
6 to 8 carrots
3 stalks celery
1/4 to 1 c. water

Put garlic, pepper and vinegar on roast. Lay bacon strips on roast.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes. Add water as needed. After 30 minutes, add vegetables around roast.

Bake until tender.
