4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil. Mix powdered sugar, chopped nuts and vanilla. Add hot mixture to powdered sugar mix and beat well ice cake while still hot.
