2 boxes powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa sift with sugar
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Press in a 1 inch deep tin foil pan. Chill a few hours, cut in what size you want.
