BLUEBERRY TORTE 
2 c. blueberries or more than 2 c. fresh fruit
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Spread 2 cups of blueberries or more than 2 cups of fresh fruit in a 7 x 11 inch pan. Cream 3/4 cup sugar with 4 tablespoons butter. Add 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk, alternating and a pinch of salt. Spread over fruit. Sprinkle over top 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Then 1 cup of boiling water. Pour over all. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Do not stir this. Serve with cool whip or eat as is.
