CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE | |
Cook 1/4 cup chopped onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. In 1 1/2 quart casserole mix onion, 1 can Swanson chicken broth, 1 can (5 ounce) Swanson chuck chicken, 1 cup shredded process cheese, 1/2 cup raw regular rice. Cover, bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. 4 servings. |
