GIANT ECLAIR DESSERT | |
Graham crackers layered on bottom of 9"x13" pan to cover every square inch. Mix 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant French vanilla pudding according to directions on package. Fold in 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip. Pout 1/2 over graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and pour rest of pudding mixture. Top with more graham crackers. ICING: 1/2 pkg. German chocolate bar, melted with 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. Karo syrup Add 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar. Mix together. Pour on top of graham cracker mixture and let sit overnight. |
