2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. cheddar cheese
3/4-1 c. milk
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes

Combine cheese and sausage with hands. Blend Bisquick and milk. Combine Bisquick mixture with sausage and cheese with hands until well blended. Makes this into balls the size of hickory nuts. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
