SPINACH STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 oz. wine vinegar
3/4 lb. well washed spinach, torn into bite size pieces
3/4 tbsp. chopped red onion
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
3 oz. chopped pecans

Blend oil, sugar, salt, pepper, dry mustard and wine vinegar in small bowl and set aside.

Mix spinach with onion, poppy seed, strawberries and pecans. Toss with dressing just before serving.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
