TZIMMES 
2 apples, med. to lg., peeled, cored and sliced
8 oz. pitted prunes
5 lg. carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
3 lg. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in eights
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Salt to taste (if desired)

Combine all ingredients in a deep baking dish. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the juice is thick. Serves 8.

A Passover treat and equally delicious at any time during the year.
