JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. kielbasa
1 lb. chicken pieces, cooked
2 c. chicken broth
1 pepper
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 c. rice, uncooked

Saute onion, peppers and celery. Then add 2 cups chicken broth and rice and meat. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is done.
