Cream together:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening

Add:

2 c. mashed peaches
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour

Mix ingredients well. Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
