CHERRY CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE | |
1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix 1 can cherry pie filling 1/2 c. butter Crisco 1 tsp. almond extract 2 eggs Mix cake according to directions on box. Bake in 9 x 13 inch cake pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. FILLING: 1 c. sugar 5 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. milk Boil 1 minute, then stir in 6 ounces chocolate chips and 1/2 cup pecans, chopped. Stir until chips melt - pour over cake while it is warm. |
