AUNT ALVINA'S MEATBALLS 
4 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. onion, finely diced
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
1 can Franco American beef gravy

Combine all ingredients except gravy, shape one tablespoon meat mixture into balls, brown but not completely. Add 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet to gravy, pour over meatballs in roasting pan. Bake (covered) at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
