SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground round (ground beef tastes greasy)
1/2 lb. ground pork or veal
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 pkg. Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Onion salt
Garlic
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Paprika

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Shape meatballs and brown in 1/4 cube butter, a little at a time, until all are browned. Remove from pan. Saute 1 onion, chopped. Add 1 or 2 cans diluted mushroom soup. Return meatballs. Simmer 45 minutes.

Add chopped carrots, peas, and/or canned tomatoes. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Then add 1/2 pint sour cream and stir just until heated. Serve. OPTIONAL: A little cooking wine or sherry can be added with vegetables.
