SPINACH MEATBALLS 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
3 eggs
1/3 c. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. stuffing mix
1 c. Romano cheese
Taste of garlic powder
Salt & pepper
1 sm. chopped onion

Tear spinach, take out big stems. Wash. Cook in a little water about 4-5 minutes. Drain well. Melt butter, beat eggs. Mix everything together. Shape into balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake about 25 minutes or until brown in 350 degree oven.

Cook sauce and add balls. Ready to serve. 2 small cans (8 ounce) tomato sauce and 1 small can of paste. Start with 1 can of water and add more as it thickens. Add small amount of sugar and any spices.
