LEMON CHEESE LOGS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
Decorator candles

Combine sugar, butter and cream cheese. Add egg yolk, beat well. Stir in flour, walnuts, salt and lemon rind. Mix well. Cover and chill 2 hours. Shape dough by tablespoons into 2 inch logs. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool completely. Melt chocolate chips in small saucepan. Dip one end of each log into chocolate and sprinkle with decorator candy sprinkles. Store between layers of waxed paper.
